This privacy policy is applicable to the Dodge! mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) developed by Westudios LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

1. What Information Does the Application Collect and How Is It Used?

A. User-Provided Information & Account Features
The Application does not require traditional registration (such as email or real-name registration). However, to enable in-game features like online leaderboards and saved progress, the Application utilizes Unity Authentication Services.

  • Player Accounts & Leaderboards: A unique, non-personally identifiable User ID is generated to display your custom username and track your high scores on global leaderboards.

B. Automatically Collected Data & Third-Party Advertising
When you use the Application, third-party service providers and ad mediation networks automatically collect certain technical and device identifiers to serve ads and analyze application performance:

  • Identifiers: User ID, Device ID (including IDFA/IDFV where permitted).
  • Usage Data: Product interaction (such as ad impressions, taps, video views, and level completions).
  • Advertising Data: Data related to ad delivery, performance metrics, and frequency capping.

This data is used for App Functionality (leaderboard features), Third-Party Advertising (delivering banners and rewarded video ads), and Analytics (evaluating performance and eCPM metrics).

2. Location Information & Artificial Intelligence

  • Location: The Application does not collect precise real-time location data from your mobile device.
  • AI Technologies: The Application does not utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process personal data.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

The Application integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to power game features and monetization. These third parties handle data according to their respective privacy policies:

The Service Provider may also disclose automatically collected or user-provided information:

  • As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
  • When believing in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests;
  • With trusted service providers who work on our behalf and adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

4. Tracking & App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

If you are using an iOS device, the Application may request permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to access your device’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).

  • Opting Out: If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, ad networks will deliver non-personalized or contextual ads, and your IDFA will not be used for cross-app tracking.

5. What Are My Opt-Out Rights?

  • Uninstalling: You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process on your mobile device.
  • Ad Tracking Settings: You can manage cross-app tracking permissions at any time via your device’s Settings – Privacy & Security – Tracking.

6. Data Retention Policy & Children’s Privacy

  • Data Retention: Westudios LLC does not retain personal identity records. Technical data and leaderboard identifiers are stored securely through Unity Services.
  • Children’s Privacy: The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal data, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians may contact support@westudiosworks.com for assistance.

7. Security

The Service Provider maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect processed information. Access is restricted to authorized employees and contractors who need the information to operate and improve the Application.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Updates will be posted directly to this webpage with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Application constitutes approval of all changes.
